AgriServ provides several services assigned by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, as per Council of Ministers Resolution No. 604, dated 25/11/1439 AH, to establish a government-owned company to provide agricultural services. This Resolution granted the Supervisory Committee for the Privatization of the Environment, Water, and Agriculture Sector the necessary powers, including Paragraph (3), which states, "Determining the agricultural services to be assigned to AgriServ, and the conditions for providing them to the beneficiaries."

AgriServ strives to enhance the operational efficiency of these services and increase the satisfaction level of customers and beneficiaries within the agricultural sector.
