1. The national identity of individuals or the commercial registry of institutions, companies, or others (linked to the national access), no copy required.
   2. The ownership deed or a notarized lease contract for the land site (if the deed is electronic, there is no need to attach it) for the beekeeping and honey production project.
   3. A survey uploading from an accredited engineering office showing all the coordinates of the corners of the land in decimal form, and the components of the facility for the beekeeping and honey production project.
   4. A technical and economic feasibility study for the facility or filling out the form approved by the Ministry for the beekeeping and honey production project.
   5. Only citizens are allowed to own individual beehives.
   6. Pursuant to the administrative scope in which the investor’s apiary is located, the office in the governorate or the unit in the center undertakes the initial procedures (field inspection).
   7. The beekeeper is obligated to number the hives and place an identification plate on the apiary stating the reference information for the apiary.
   8. The location where the apiary is located must be suitable for beekeeping activity and have an abundance of grazing bee plants. 9. The location where the apiary is located must be far from (residential communities - sources of pollution - odors repulsive to bee colonies, such as fertilizer and pesticide stores, and livestock and poultry pens) according to what is determined by the competent authority
   10. The distance must be sufficient between the apiary and the adjacent apiary .
   11. A financial statement (account statement) from the bank must be attached, and the balance in the account must exceed 30% of the actual value of the project.”

In case there is request to renew the operational license, a technical report is required detailing the project

Validity of the current license

In the event of a request to renew the construction license, a technical report is required stating the percentage of project construction, provided that it is not less than 30%, or attaching construction contracts with contractors.
