1. Only citizens are allowed to practice the profession of beekeeping 2. Submitting a request for a beekeeper’s permit from a platform 3. Attaching a certificate of passing a training course in the field of beekeeping approved by an official body (governmental universities, specialized governmental institutes, private training institutes, cooperative beekeeper institutes).
   4. The period of the training course must not be less than 25 hours, and the duration of its implementation must not be less than five days, and the practical part must cover two-thirds of the course hours. 5. The course must be in person, and courses offered remotely for the practical side are not accepted. 6. For those who have an existing apiary, it is not necessary to attach a training course certificate. It is sufficient for the applicant to pass the assessment of the level of knowledge and skill in beekeeping - Note: The training staff is required to have a scientific qualification of no less than a master’s degree in the field of beekeeping and training experience not to be less than 3 years. The training body must also approve the training program from the Ministry’s branch before announcing the program.
