2- The applicant must not be less than 18 years old at the time of submitting the transaction
3- The visa must be valid and unexpired
4- The applicant must have a permanent artisan fishing license
5- The occupation of the beneficiary must be "fisherman" or "fisherman"
6- Personal photo

- Click on the service card and select the license type from the list. After selecting the license, click on the "Service Details" icon.
- Click on the "Request Service" icon.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Fill in all the required fields and attach the necessary documents.
- Click on the "Submit" icon and wait for the procedures to be completed and the request to be reviewed
