1- The national identity for individuals or the commercial registry for institutions, companies, or others (linked to Nafath) does not require a copy
2- Title deed or notarized lease contract for the land location (if the instrument is electronic, there is no need to attach it)
3- Attach a sketch approved by a certified engineering office showing all the coordinates of the corners of the land in decimal form, the components of the facility and the distances between them according to the kind of the activity.
4- Reviewing the technical and economic feasibility of the facility or fill out the form approved by the Ministry
5- Attach a financial statement (account statement) from the bank, and the balance in the account must exceed 30% of the actual value of the project
