1- A copy of the commercial register
2- A copy of the applicant’s ID
3- A copy of the technical report for the shelter site
4- A copy of the vaccination purchase invoice
5- A copy of the ownership deed or lease contract for the shelter site, signed and stamped
6- In the event of importing from land ports, the accommodation location must be close to the port of entry
7- For import requests from Jeddah Islamic Port, an acknwledgement signed and stamped by the applicant must be attached to quarantine the imported livestock in the animal quarry in Al-Khamrah if the shelter location is more than 120 km from the port.
8- Civil Aviation approval if the import is through the airport.
