- After the request is approved, the license is issued for a period of three years from the date of request approval.
- The updated agricultural record must be valid.
- The applicant cannot submit a duplicate request for the same shop while the current request is being processed.
- The applicant cannot issue a new license for a nursery license if the existing license is suspended (expired, not canceled).
- The applicant may submit multiple requests simultaneously for more than one nursery license.
- The license request can be submitted via authorization.
- The commercial registration must be valid.
- The agricultural nursery license issued by the Ministry of Agriculture must be valid for at least three months.
- An office must be allocated within the nursery for this activity, with a minimum area of 24 m².
- If the ownership type is rented, the lease contract must be valid for at least six months.
- Electronic payment services must be available.
- Safety and security measures must be provided according to Civil Defense requirements.
- Attach a proof of ownership or a valid lease contract.
- Log in to the Nama portal.
- Sign in using Nafath.
- Search for the service using the search engine.
- Click on the service card and select the license type from the list. After selecting the license

- Click on the ""Request Service"" icon.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Fill in all the required fields and attach the necessary documents.
- Click on the ""Submit"" icon and wait for the procedures to be completed and the request to be reviewed

3. The license must be renewed no later than three months before the license expires.
4. If the ownership type is a lease, the rental contract must be valid for at least six months
5. The municipal license (Balady license) must be valid.
6. An authorized representative can submit the renewal license request.
7. The beneficiary cannot renew the license if there are unresolved violations
