National Company for Agricultural Services (AgriServ) Board of directors convened on July 19, 2023. The meeting was led by His Excellency Eng. Abdulrahman AlFadley, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) and Chairman of AgriServ's Board and was attended by the Board members and the CEO of AgriServ.

A wide range of topics on the agenda were discussed including the company's performance and its strategy development update, the progress of the decisions taken in the past, as well as the accomplished efforts related to the upcoming agricultural services that will be assigned from MEWA to the company in light of the recently issued resolution by the Minister of MEWA to delegate to AgriServ the import and quarry permit issuance services at all custom ports (land, maritime, and air), effective from Muharram 1, 1445 AH, and aiming to improve the efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
