AgriServ board of directors meeting was chaired today by his Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture (MEWA) Eng. Abdulrahman Al Fadhley, the Chairman of AgriServ’s board in the presence of the board members and the CEO of AgriServ, Eng. Omar Al-Suhaibani.

During the meeting, the board discussed the progress of the Company’s strategy implementation and reviewed updates on the board’s directives.

Additionally, the meeting covered the follow up on previous board decisions and recent business developments.
