1. Construction license for the agricultural facility
2. A technical report from the Ministry or its authorized representative that includes the implementation rates in the facility, or an aerial photograph showing the implementation rates in the facility.

3- Title deed or lease contract approved by Ejar platform.
4- A cadastral lift from an accredited engineering office indicating all the coordinates of the corners of the land in decimal format and entering the coordinates in the platform.
5- Fill out the economic and operational data.

2. In case there is a request to renew the construction license, a technical report is required in which the project’s construction percentage is stated, provided that it is not less than 30%, or construction contracts with contractors are attached.
