Requirements
  1. Proof of ownership, a developed agricultural record, and a cadastral elevation certified by an accredited engineering office
  2. The production of the factory to be established must be related to agricultural production in the region.

Note: Processing plant permits entitle farm owners to obtain spatial approval from the Ministry to establish factories related to agricultural activity within their farms, noting that the license for construction and operation is issued by the Ministry of Industry.

Obtain Requirements
  1. Log in to the Nama portal.
  2. Sign in using Nafath.
  3. Search for the service using the search engine.
  4. Click on the service card and select the license type from the list. After selecting the license, click on the "Service Details" icon.
  5. Click on the "Request Service" icon.
  6. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  7. Fill in all the required fields and attach the necessary documents.
  8. Click on the "Submit" icon and wait for the procedures to be completed and the request to be reviewed
