3- Title deed or lease contract approved by Ejar platform.
4- A cadastral lift from an accredited engineering office indicating all the coordinates of the corners of the land in decimal format and entering the coordinates in the platform.
5- Fill out the economic and operational data.
Construction license for an agricultural facility - a technical report from the Ministry or its authorized representative that includes the implementation rates in the facility, or an aerial photograph showing the implementation rates in the facility.

2. Initial permits are not transferred, and construction and operational licensing are permitted.
The technical report must be up to date. In the event of a request to renew the operating license, a technical report is required that points out the percentage of project construction.
