Requirements
- The national identity of individuals or the commercial registry of institutions, companies, or others (linked to the national access), no photocopy is required.
- A title deed or a notarized lease contract for the land site (if the deed is electronic, there is no need to attach it)
- An approved document showing all the coordinates of the corners of the land in decimal form, and the components of the facility and the distances between them according to the nature of the activity.
- Reviewing the technical and economic feasibility of the facility or filling out the form approved by the Ministry.
- Attaching a financial statement (account statement) from the bank, and the balance in the account must exceed 30%. of the actual value of the project.

- In case there is a request to renew the construction license, a technical report is required in which the project’s construction percentage is stated, provided that it is not less than 30%, or construction contracts with contractors are attached.
