1- Registration in Nama Portal through the national ID for individuals, or the commercial register for institutions, companies or others (link with National Access).
2-The title deed or rental contract approved by Ejar platform
3- The applicant for the license must be a Saudi national or from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries or a foreign investor licensed by the Ministry of Investment, be specialized in the agricultural field and that his establishment achieves the necessary Saudization rates in this activity.
4- The director of the facility must hold at least a bachelor's degree (in the field of agriculture) from a recognized university or college in the Kingdom, or from outside the Kingdom and be equivalent from the Ministry of Education
5- The author of the consultancy study in the facility must be an experienced cadre specialized in the activity for which the study was submitted for licensing, from the technical and economic point of view.
6- The municipality license and commercial register must be valid and include the agricultural activity.
7- A technical report is prepared by the Ministry or its delegate on the location of the facility, its contents, the offices allocated for this purpose, and the available capabilities and cadres.
8- After the facility obtains a license for agricultural consulting activities from the Ministry, it is approved by the National Center for Environmental Compliance for agricultural environmental studies.
9-Compliance with the circulars, requirements and regulations issued by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and a declaration must be signed.
10- The Ministry may make any amendments to the mentioned requirements and controls whenever the need arises.
