3- Attach a sketch approved by a certified engineering office showing all the coordinates of the corners of the land in decimal form, the components of the facility and the distances between them according to the nature of the activity
4- Reviewing the technical and economic feasibility of the facility or fill out the form approved by the Ministry
5- Obtaining the approval of the relevant authorities on the site (if required)
6- Commitment to the provisions of the system, regulations and relevant decisions.
