Requirements
  1. Submission of a copy of the commercial registration certificate, including relevant activity for the requested permit (for companies and institutions).
  2. The import permit must be obtained at least 24 hours before shipment arrival at the entry port.
  3. Entry of shipments must occur via the designated port specified in the permit.
  4. Shipments must be free of pests listed in the Kingdom’s quarantine pest lists.
  5. The validity of the import permit is 15 days from the date of issuance.
  6. The Ministry has the right to cancel the import permit if the imported plant species differs from the species mentioned in the issued permit.
